2 Roma tomatoes or 12 cherry/grape tomatoes

1 tsp dried oregano

(Optional) ½ tsp sugar, if needed

Instructions:

In a high-speed blender, combine the chopped onion, tomatoes, garlic cloves, and ½ cup of water. Blend until smooth.
