Refund & Exchanges Policy

As made to order items are specially made for you, we cannot issue refunds. All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will be issued if an error was done on our side, as long as you let us know within 3 days after delivery. Once we have been informed of the error we will provide more details via email. If an exchange or return is approved by us we will send you a return merchandise authorization. If you return merchandise without the return merchandise authorization then we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges. Please read the item's description carefully before you place your order.

Please make sure to give us the correct information when you place the order to avoid any mistakes in the item(s). Please refer to our size charts to determine your correct size. Also, keep in mind that colors may look a bit different in person versus what you see in our shop due to monitor variations.

We strongly recommend you check your package as soon as you receive it. If your order is incomplete or wrong, let us know within a week of delivery and we will contact you to resolve the issue.

If for any reason your package is returned to use you are responsible for postage to reship your order. Please note we do not provide refunds or exchanges based on returned orders.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. Please do not send back any packages without obtaining our written authorization first. Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
